On the 18th of May, 2011, Lagoon Hospitals became the 1st Hospitals in Sub-Saharan Africa to earn accreditation from Joint Commission International (JCI), the worldwide leader in improving the quality of health care. JCI is dedicated to improving the quality of health care through voluntary accreditation. The Commission's mission is to improve the quality of care in the international community through its provision of accreditation and consultation services. JCI's uniform, high standards for patient care and safety are designed to be adaptable to local needs

Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

In July, 2013, Lagoon Hospitals invested in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). With this investment, we now deliver a more improved medical service to all of our clients and patients. Some of the benefits of the EMR are :
